	The essential deli sandwich. Hotsliced Cactus Lake organic beef, deli pilsner mustard, Russian dressing, wood oven-baked rye bread.
Spicy Stout Chicken Sandwich
	Dry spice rub, pulled slow-roast chicken, Guinness BBQ sauce, stout aioli, apple slaw, on Fresh easy ciabatta.

	Slow-roasted apple beer-infused pork loin, carmelized onion and apples, ephemere aioli on baguette.

	A nod to the herbivores. Portobello mushrooms, grilled artichokes, spicy eggplant, onions, peppers, black olives, creamy goat's cheese on fresh focaccia.

	In-House smoked sharp cheddar and red potatoes are slowly simmered in a rich and creamy Mill St. Tankhouse Ale and chicken broth.

Early Risers Breakfast We're open at 9am but you may not feel like a Corned Beef Sandwich that early. So we have some lighter fare for those who feel a rumble in the belly.
