Staff Profiles

	Carl ~ Kitchen Team
	How many times can you fire and re-hire the same cook? I don't know but obviously we have a soft spot for Carl. His kitchen adventures (misadventures?) have spawned all sorts of Beer Bros. terminology. As a verb; " He Carled it". As an adverb; "Running Carl style." A noun; "Carl Job". This big-hearted buffoon makes it fun to come to work each day. But one thing he never Carls up... His cooking!

	Brittany ~ Service Team
	Get this... Brittany is an honest to goodness opera singer! Seriously! Got a degree in it and everything. You should hear the pipes! She embarasses easily so make sure you ask her to hit a bar or two. Brit also hits a perfect note in service every time!

	Kristin (Dunkel) ~ Beer Stewardess
	Hold on to your seats when Dunkel is serving you at Beer Bros.! Talk about energy to burn. Kristin is one third of the Maple Creek Three at Beer Bros. but since I'm easily confused by similar names, and I was getting her and Kristen messed up all the time, we punned her last name and now she's Dunkel. You'll probably just call her the best service experience in Regina!

	Stephanie ~ Service Team
	One of the newest members of our team. Here's all you need to know about Stephanie. She paddled a canoe all the way across Canada. That's tough, cool, and just well,.. COOL! All that paddling gave her the strength to carry the Beer Bros. ex'beer'ience' to you! I wish the picture was better but she just can't stop moving!

	Rob McMullen ~ Sous Chef
	What can we say about Rob? He's like a bigger, happier version of BJ. Work work work. Rob knows how to cut loose though. Wait... can't tell that story. There was the time... nope. Not that one either. Well, we love him. You'll love his cooking!

	Keenan ~ Kitchen Team
	Our very own Ewok! Just like in Star Wars, don't underestimate Keenan's culinary talents. He looks little, and cute, and cuddly, (actually some of the girls say he is), but in the kitchen he shows his dangerous side! Keenan joins us from Culinary School in Calgary and will have a long career at Beer Bros.

	Chris ~ Beer Steward
	Mooney is another Rock Star on the team! For his service as well as fronting Jetstream Soldier as lead guitar. At Beer Bros. you'll find him singing the praises of hand-crafted, micro-brewed beer!

	Tim ~ Forno Genius
	Tim was such a regular guest at Beer Bros. that we finally offered him a job. Thankfully he took it and now is a heavy-weight in the kitchen. Tim's eclectic tastes in music make him a front-of-house favourite too!

	Brianne ~ Service Manager
	Noah must have seen the storm coming to Maple Creek and made sure that Brianne was delivered dry and safe to Beer Bros. Chef calls her Buggles, after some obscure British band, but we call her awesome! The first of the "Maple Creek refugees" to start at Beer Bros. Brianne has impressed our guests so much that she's already running the show, (or circus?)

	Kourtney - Service Team
	Kourtney's the BOMB!! Friendly, outgoing, a superstar server, and easily the most gullible practical joke victim at Beer Bros. Her guests always leave smiling! And Kourtney is the staff party MVP two years running!

	Chef Malcolm Craig - Champion of Beer Cuisine
	Chef Malcolm is known to millions (ok, thousands) as the voice of culinary wisdom on sunday morning radio. After a year working in that restaurant backwater known as The Willow on Wascana, Chef Malcolm came to Beer Bros. in August to elevate the ex'beer'ience in the kitchen. His credentials include giving many a pub bartop a coat-sleeve shine. Chef Malcolm's unique expression of Beer Cuisine thusly still reflects his old-world British roots.

	Brian (BJ) Byrne ~ Head Chef
	This culinary dynamo recently took on the duties of Head Chef at Beer Bros. BJ runs a tight ship and stands up (way up) to any challenge in the kitchen. He's a former Head Chef at other fine-dining establishments in the city and we're lucky his long-time friendship with Chef Malcolm got him to sign on to our team. Just please don't ask about the tatoos.... he's got work to do and it could take all day.

	Melissa Burdon - Beer Stewardess
	Melissa fit in right away at Beer Bros. She's a terrific and fun Beer Stewardess and runs circles around the restaurant in service (we suspect its 'cus her left calf is bigger than her right). Update: We were getting dizzy with Melissa's circular routes so you'll see her behind the bar alot more these days (the confined space helps).

	James Taylor - Partner
	Another of the original Beer Bros., James is one of those people that if he didn't have bad luck, he wouldn't have any luck at all. He's been cut, burned, & maimed. He's suffered car crashes, industrial accidents, ski-wipeouts, & the bruising that comes with long-time friendship with the other Beer Bros. We're sure you've seen James working in the Regina Restaurant scene over the past 20 years. You'll see him at Beer Bros. these days.

	Scott Sutherland - Service Team
	If you haven't tried the "Scottie Swirl", then you probably haven't tried an Innis & Gunn at Beer Bros.. Scott is one the most experienced employees we've got. What those experiences are is up to you to guess. He's been a waiter, oil-rigger, on-line broker, male nurse, and a former navy seal... just ask him. But here at Beer Bros. Scott's professionalism just elevates the ex"beer"ience of our guests. We doctored his photo to prevent Interpol from finally catching up with him.

	Matt Braun - Manager
	Where do we start? Mat was one the first people hired at Beer Bros. and has been making guests (and staff) laugh ever since. Mat's contribution to our Bartender Quartet is singing and gyrating along to every bad 80's song you've ever heard. Mat truly loves good beer, and his knowledge helps our guests embrace the ex'beer'ience.

	Moe Mathieu, Concept Chef
	Moe is THE original Beer Bros. Chef Moe is an Honours graduate of the Canadian Culinary Institute in P.E.I. and has worked in some of the most famous kitchens in North America. Everything about Moe is bigger than life and you don't have a couple of laughs within five minutes of meeting him, lunch is on us. Moe is currently a Chef Instructor at SIAST in Saskatoon, training the next generation of culinary stars to work for us!

	Melany Burant - Service Alumni, World Famous Actress
	Alas, Mel has moved to The Big Smoke to pursue her acting dream. We've left her on the staff profiles only to get a jump on saying "we knew her when" after she becomes the next oscar winning actress from Canada. Break a leg Mel.

	Darren Carter, Managing Partner
	Darth Carter is an original Beer Bros. and works tirelessly as the binding force of the boys. Darren is the lead guru on all things restaurant. He does it all and often drags us with him. Cook, carpenter, accountant..it turns out that the only thing Darren isn't good at is... dentistry.

	Greg Hanwell - Partner
	As the author of the staff profiles it would not be objective of me to make any comments about myself except to say that as the best looking, smartest, and most charming of the original Beer Bros., I thought that I would be doing alot more fishing when I left the bank for a career working with Darth Carter. Guess the joke's on me.
